    I didn't like the job Cortez did - not that it would have made a difference in the outcome, but he should have let them fight more on the inside. I would have prefered Kenny Bayles.

    100% agree. I never want to see Cortez ref another fight for the rest of my life. I think even Mayweather was frustrated with Cortez to tell you the truth it was complete bull****.

    Hatton wasnt fighting, he was holding and wrestling. Cortez only warned them after the crowd was getting restless due to the fact that Hatton had confused it for a Wrestling match.

    The refereeing didn't influence the outcome of this fight like it did in the Tszyu/hatton fight.

    It's funny how us Tszyu fans were labelled sooks when we complained about the refereeing in th Tszyu/Hatton fight, yet now Hatton fans are trying to spread the word that this referee put in a much worse performance. :roll:

    both held at times but ricky was rabbit punching and tryed to hit mayweather behind the head while he was threw the ropes

    Hatton fans wanted him to fight like he did against Kostya. Cortez stopped the fight becoming dancing with the stars.
