I didn't like the job Cortez did - not that it would have made a difference in the outcome, but he should have let them fight more on the inside. I would have prefered Kenny Bayles.
100% agree. I never want to see Cortez ref another fight for the rest of my life. I think even Mayweather was frustrated with Cortez to tell you the truth it was complete bull****.
Hatton wasnt fighting, he was holding and wrestling. Cortez only warned them after the crowd was getting restless due to the fact that Hatton had confused it for a Wrestling match.

The refereeing didn't influence the outcome of this fight like it did in the Tszyu/hatton fight. It's funny how us Tszyu fans were labelled sooks when we complained about the refereeing in th Tszyu/Hatton fight, yet now Hatton fans are trying to spread the word that this referee put in a much worse performance. :roll:
