Well, that's the thing. It is Divac reporting this, after all. We don't know in what context Pac's translated statements were made. That "be true, be Filipino" could so easily be a "remain strong, have faith as a Filipino" type thing to tell people not to worry too much about that disappointing performance. I seriously doubt he's telling them they're not Filipinos if they thought JMM won. That's just ridiculous. I've not read the article, by the way. Don't trust external links on work computer.
