I thought Quintana landed the harder shots, the big shots and deserved to win, Williams was busy towards the end but did not do enough

    Not at all.

Infact I'd rather see the 164lb middleweight leave the welterweight division and go somewhere higher.

I scored this fight objectively and I'm telling you. Quintana worked Williams in the first 4 rounds but in round 5 he slowed down greatly and did nothing but potshot and hold. Burrowed into Williams every chance he got and basically just fought a spoiler's fight.

I can't say that I respect that style at all. Sure he landed the cleanest shots. He's the faster smaller guy who happens to be the better boxer. He should have!

Anyways doesn't matter to me either way. But through my eyes Arum got some revenge tonight.

To be honest they both looked terrible tonight. Williams with his pathetic punch output trying to box instead of overwhelming Quintana with punches and Carlos gassing out mid-fight and doing a John Ruiz impersonation thereafter. If Williams fought like he did tonight with his low volume of punches Margarito would have mopped the floor with him.

Williams slowed down because Quintana was able to do what Margo couldn't...land hard and often...and made Williams miss alot....Williams was schooled.

i think it could have gone either way i had williams ahead by a couple rounds. quintana had some flashy left hands but didn't do enough to beat the champ. a lot of holding from quintana aswell.

Damn. Thankfully I'm not the only one who saw it. These guys would have me think I'm crazy!

Also I should clarify by saying that 116-112 card is what makes it seem like a robbery to me. Had Quintana been up by 1-2 points, no problem. But 116-112 makes it seem like that judge got paid.

Boy -- you dont know **** from shinola -- do you.
    Congrats to Carlos.
He out jabbed, out hooked, out punched, out muscled Williams.
He bobbed/weaved, made Williams miss all nite long.
He used angles, fought at the right distance, spinning off the ropes and out managed Williams all ****in nite.
He did everything but knock Williams out.
Williams stategy was to walk Quintana down with his face and it showed.:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy

What's fighting at the right distance to you? Hugging his chest?
