Hi all, just got my new gloves which look ace and i got some handwraps with them too so been having a play around. Anyone know and good sources (websites mainly) that show it nice and easy. Also mine are 2.5 metres long which were advitised as adult but i seem to run out. If i get loadsa wrist support the knuckles feel light and vice versa and if i dont wrap my thumb i can go inbetween my fingers but then my thumbs not protected. I only want a way of doing it got heavy bag and general training . Any advice is great as i have had everlast gel glove things which dont give enough wrist protection so i really want to learn to wrap up well . cheers:bbb

What are essential and whats not. eg wraping between fingers , and around thumb ect. Even just having them on without punching it feels like between fingers will hurt alot lol chaffege lol

the most important is your wrists and knuckles. and the over the hand on the little bones. you dont neccesarily need to wrap in between your fingers.

Thats great not really bothered when you wrap just how you wrap lol , anyone else iv bin practicing lol and i can get a good wrap if i dont go between fingers and dont wrap my thumb. Is that ok? Dont want to end up with broken bones.

If you just worried about general or heavy bag training, I don't even wrap my thumbs. If you hurt them then you know you ain't punching correct.

    Wrape that hand Krippy!

a couple wraps around the wrist, good amount over the knuckles and across the hand, between the fingers and thats it. never seen anyone wrap the thumb tho.
