    Tried google & looking their website but still none the wiser.

    Looks like a promotion company that claims to be a boxing organization.

    Did spot on first line of rules page, contests 3/6 rounds. Must be licensed by WSO... a monopoly promotion company, at least they are in line with the major boxing organizations about where their intentions lie.

    Only reason I ask is a show is on locally soon.
