who cares if the guy has put on a few lbs? He's been a pro boxer at the highest level all his life and for the most part has been in better physical shape than anyone ripping him in this thread (or on the whole board). He's personally given me many great memories, he deserves his retirement and is more than entitled to let himself go a bit.
I dont think anyone is, for real, ripping into him its just surprising to see a guy who fought at such a low weight looking so big. If you can find five people on here who didnt get goosebumps watching Morales go for it in the ring , then I'll eat my hat ( assuming Morales didnt eat it first lol ! )
I can't believe some of you guys are saying he looks 'unhealthy'. I don't know if any of you are American, but he's probably not even overweight compared to the most Americans. He looks like he's carrying 15 extra pounds (as opposed to being "too thin" in his fighting days), that is no big deal whatsover. Half the HW's fight in worse shape than that.
