I thought they did find out that someone had seemingly lost the test results, or something was done to hide the test results. Maybe someone else knows more on this, but I do know something shady went on to keep the test results from being known . Anyone?
If he's positive for HIV, he shouldn't fight, not boxing or MMA, wheter in the U.S. or anywhere else. That's crazy. Russian roulette. And you can't compare his situation to Zabs, that's another world. If Zab wants to fight, let him fight, he's healthy and still better than 95% of the welterweights out there.
In a magazine article a few months ago here in Australia, Morrison was maintaining he didn't have the virus. He suggested he had A) Beaten 'the disease' or B) was mis-diagnosed in the first place. Both of those options are implausible, to put it generously. He did seem in good shape but that should not give him a pass in a contact sport. The fact that he is competing in Mexico and not through a US ratified commision gives a clear answer.
