With O'Shaquie Foster losing his title to Robson Conceicao last night there was a bit of a shake up in BoxRec's super featherweight ratings. Masanori Rikiishi is now their number one guy. He's a solid fighter but he has never even fought for a world title. The vanquished Foster dropped from number one all the way down to number two. New champion Conceicao has risen from wherever he was up to number 11. The other two world champions, Anthony Cacace and Lamont Roach are ranked 6th and 13th, respectively. The last world champion, Emmanuel Navarrete, is ranked at lightweight.
