on a lower level than the likes of Bert Cooper and Jesse Ferguson there were guys like Derrick Roddy, Dave Jaco, Mark Wills, Marshall Tillman, Levi Billups, Garing Lane. All of these guys sprang the odd upset, some against high class opponents

If you are British and between 30-70 and not immediately thought Peter Buckley, leave the country now! ;)

Freddie Pendleton 47 - 26 with 34 ko's. was 2 -5-1 in title fights and had 5 wins over former champs. He beat Roger Mayweather, Livingstone Bramble and Jorge Paez also had a draw and a loss to Frankie Randall. He was a tough out and could have benefitted from better management. I think he was actually better than the journeyman tag but he came to mind. Him and LeRoy Caldwell as has been mentioned.

I'm not sure if Harold Brazier really qualifies as a journeyman in the pure sense of the word, since he fought at a reasonably high level, but damn, that dude was active. Over 100 fights.

Verno Phillip's is another guy that was a spoiler. He actually won a title at 154 so not sure the journeyman title applies.
