Bonjour ! Je m'appelle Charles et ma passion est la boxe. Mon rêve est de devenir champion du monde. Je suis dans un club de boxe et je m'entraîne 3 à 4 heures par jour. This is a british/american forum so speak in english for gods sake. You can not imagine how much I despise behavior like this, I also dont go on a french forum and post something in my native language. The worst thing is that you dont even excuse your lack of english and just expect from us to respond in french, as if this language would have any international meaning such as english, mandarin or spanish.
Hello Charles Welcome to the board. Good luck in your quest for greatnesses and world championship glory. 4 hours a day sounds like a good start but 4 hours a day without a plan is just a grind. Do you have a trainer? Have you had any amateur fights yet? What are you natural or obvious skills? Power, speed, footwork, etc If you want to promote yourself then YouTube and Instagram are the places to be. If you are looking for advice or direction then start by finding a trainer, a brutally honest trainer. You might get some good advice on here but you will have to be more specific with your questions and ask in English. But be aware that most here are not ex fighters but armchair generals and a lot of **** is talked
