I am surprised nobody mentioned using silica gel packets, or the fact that the laces should be removed, and the gloves opened up when you want to dry them. When the silica gel gets all used up, put it in the oven, at 350 F. for a half hour, and it will be all dried out, and as good as new.
There are these special heaters made for wet work boots that would work just as well for gloves as they do for boots.

A while back, I learned that Dot-5 brake fluid is 100% pure silicone. It is the best thing I have ever found for Leather. It conditions the leather, and keeps it supple. It also dries without making the leather greasy. It will bring back old dried out leather, and make it look, and smell new again: most of the time. I have never seen it fail. Then again, I have never used it on rotted leather because I didn't think there was any point.
I found an old leather bound Bible in a thrift store that look like it had seen better days. Now it looks almost new.
Dot-5 won't fix cracks but the cracks won't get any bigger. I have even used this silicone to wipe off mold, and mildew from some old leather cowboy chaps, and the mold never came back. They even smelled like fresh brand new leather after I wiped them down.

It can be used on leather car seats, and dash so they never split, and crack. However, it is one of those things that needs to be done again when you clean the car, or have it detailed. Leather conditioning needs to be replenished every so often.

    Try it, you'll like it!
