Honestly, why couldn't Munguia rematch Hogan, or fight even Jessie Vargas or Michael Soro? Was this a mandatory or something?

He's got a good chin, but Ryan's power is definitely solid, he could hurt Duno.

 

I agree. I think Duno needs a technical trainer because Mayol is not a good trainer at all.

 

Yeah Duno is athletic, has power, but is super crude still. He's hittable and he commits way too much sometimes and throws these wild shots that have no chance of landing. I'm not saying he should try and become a slick boxer but he needs to be more calculated.

The main event is beyond laughable. Honestly they could have thrown in a Ghanaian fighter of yesteryear whose scheduled fight today got mysteriously canceled and I honestly think Clottey would have acquitted himself better versus Munguía than Allottey will..

I honestly might not even make a point before going to sleep tonight of clicking this RBR thread or pulling up a browser tab for a peek at Munguía's page on BoxRec to see the result. I simply don't care. Even if Allottey wins in some flukey way, it probably won't be worth a watch, and won't be some monumental shock as I've never particularly rated Munguía.

 

Munguia always reminds me of "Reese" from Malcolm in the middle for some reason

 

I want the last 30 minutes of my life back, those women shouldn't be receiving any major media platform to fight, that is how bad they are. It's like watching those celeb male boxing fights, with guys straight from the street with zero technique. No credible fans will like this crap. Women's MMA is way ahead of this very bad level and doesn't need any special rules either. These boxing promoters should be ashamed of putting this low crap on the card, let alone placing it as a co-main event. If you want to continue the death of boxing, that's how you do it.
