Yep, this is why he ran away from a Loma rematch (his biggest $ fight available) and is fighting an unknown low ranked opponent in his first defense. And why Lopez has talked a lot about running from 135 to 140. Loma fought the wrong fight but when he figured him out, he was landing the much cleaner shots. Even though he had a huge size advantage, and is much younger, Teo never hurt Loma, a guy who can easily fight two weight classes below his current weight. I am a boxing fan and hope he doesn’t run away from challenges and good opponents. Boxing already has too many of those guys. Teo needs to prove it and he still has a lot to prove. Not sure if this is a troll thread or if you are a 13 year old kid jerking off in his parent’s basement while posting crap. If you are happy about Teo’s next opponent and thought on moving out of LW without fighting any of the very good challengers, I have nothing more to say to you.
Teo's next fight will be to travel to australia and beat up kambosos. Since this is slower and larger than Loma, most likely Teo will manage to land on him and KO him.
Well arguably lost to Nakatani and drew with Lomachenko, so that right there invalidates the premise of this thread. As far as the rest. Haney can outbox him. Kingry can KO him. Isaac Cruz Gonzalez if he can take his power, could outwork him. Kambosos is slicker than he's given credit for, he might beat him. Patera is durable as hell, he could outwork him. Angel Fierro might pull a Machado on him. Alberto Machado could knock him unconscious in the first two rounds. William Zepeda if his chin is solid, walks him down and stops him. Because in Boxing, no one is unbeatable, at any weight. He'd definitely brutally knock Stank the **** out though.
Ma dawg at 23 scared Loma. I saw he got tired maybe the weakness in his game. But at 23 the beast is yet to come.Kambosis is another good fight. I think or maybe T-LO will smoke him inside 4. Buckle up haters.
Massive weight bully who got lucky against an injured natural 126 pounder he's way bigger, longer, heavier and more powerful than. Different ballgame when you're facing world class opponents your own size, bigger or way bigger than you and the punches come in back at you are much heavier and it's much more difficult to get in range and land your own shots. Completely different. Even though Lopez is a massive weight bully, was at home, and he's arguably the hardest puncher in the division with murderous power in either hand, he couldn't even make it to the made one defence mark let alone become a three weight world champion and unify three belts in his third weight class against giants who are way bigger, heavier, longer and more powerful than him. Mark my words, he won't win a single world title at his third weight let alone unify three of the four belts up there despite the fact he's at worst a huge 140 pounder and wouldn't be giving away the kind of physical advantages up in his third weight class as Loma routinely is in his. Imagine the carnage a solitary bomb from one of the most devastating KO punchers up at 147 (like Ennis or Ortiz for example) would inflict on that shaky mandible section of his if he dared to be great and moved up there (ie. his third weight class). Does he even make it out of round one alive? Highly doubtful.
I dont know if you realize this bub, but my Teo fascination over the past year has been one giant troll job on the Loma hypers. I never actually cared or that was invested in Teos in ring success. I was happy that somebody put an end to the Loma hype. A guy who got way more respect and attention than he deserved. Especially compared to superior EE fighters like Kovalev, Beterbiev and Usyk.
I'm about to start work, I'll wait. Mind you, Loma lost to grandpa Salido. And then he was beaten by a man who just lost to George ****en Kambosas. Let that sink in. Meanwhile, Kov, Beterbiev and Usyk went on a multi year ass kicking campaign.
Didnt look like it hahah he only picked up 1 round of actual fighting against loma. And he got destroyed by Kambosos today. explain how hes progressed then?
