Is there anyone who can currently beat Canelo from 154-175?

Scorers had Taylor vs Chavez wide too. Doesn't mean taylor didnt get walked down and beat up. Same with Nunn vs Toney.

Kovalev wasn't getting walked down and beaten up, try rewatching the match, clearly your memory is hazy. Canelo landed the perfect punch in Round 11 after Kovalev started gassing in Round 10, Sergey was still throwing nice sharp combos in the 9th.

Body work goes underrated yet again. And to be fair I am on a good amount of post surgery drugs RN. But Id say the same sober.

Prime Kovalev beats Canelo up, I had that one even before the KO.

Or maybe you just can't a fight? His body work was okay, but not enough to steal close rounds, his 2 or 3 body shots per round, aren't worth more than Kovalev peppering him with one twos and hooks the entire round.

I think Lara has a good chance at beating him. He almost won their last match. GGG has a ggod chance too.

The right hand and left hook from Kovalev almost never landed though. The only accurate thing Kov threw was the jab. Almost everything Kov threw with power missed or was blocked. Canelo was doing more damage than the other way around.

Oh and I most certainly CAN a fight.

I just rewatched the 11th, Kovalev was even winning that one too up until the KO. Jesus Christ man, those drugs must be powerful.

There are many that can beat him, is this a serious question?

Quality vs. quantity, however the quality of the quantity from Kovalev is Grade A, therefore invalidating the quality of Canelo.

    What is more effective?

Getting hit with 400 tic tacs or 20 10 lb weights?

This is why judging boxing is subjective in close fights.

Kovalev looked awful in that fight. But I guess a short camp right after going life and death with Yarde on top of a rehydration clause'll do that to a guy.
It's hard to be a fan of Canelo when he is such a blatant opportunist who goes out of his way to stack the deck. It's no wonder he had a hard time finding an opponent this time around, he wants the same pay with the same A side bs while the other boxer needs to take the paycut.

Other boxes who can beat him from 154 to 175? Plenty, but they won't get the decision.
