70 kg for 5x5 straight sets. Reasonable weight, 80kg is my PB so I’m looking to surpass it slowly but surely.

Krow rows are a good one to throw in every now and again, helped me with my grip strength.

70 for 5 sets of 5 is great mate...I don't see many people even doing them really in any gyms I've bin in..n guys who do only tend to have 40-60 max on the barn.im only person I've ever seen try n 1rm it...n I go in a few powerlifting gyms...so many people neglect military press it's insane

Aiming for 100kg ohp by end of this year...gonna try and add 2.5kg to it every month... Depending on how it goes I should be there around August..I'm not expect it to go smoothly though so let's say December..any earlier is a bonus

    How's the training going?

I hit 107.5kg squats for 5 sets of 3 today after 3 weeks out - slowly but surely working my way back up.

Got OHP on Thursday for 65 kg for 5 sets.

Dips and Chins helped my progress with OHP previously when I stalled. It's usually my first lift to stall along with bench press.

Westside for skinny b-astards 3 (had to put in dash cause of censor) is one of the best athletic programs I've ever done. Definately recommend that one.

Just been sticking to multiple low rep sets the last few months. I am starting to look like Rick Rude in the swimming pool area. Had a few compliments for the change of muscle definition, in my once puny physique. Just need to go to the tanning saloon for the final phase of my plan.

@Dannymita Those lifts are good, but 1 point I'd like disagree with is 36 is prime for lifting. Strength peaks much later than everything else in athletics. Most powerlifting competitions and such are won by dudes pushing 40. You're absolutely still young enough to set new personal records.

Yea, the kid thing can really make it difficult to 100% dial in. Hard to get perfect sleep, rest, recover, training and food when the little ones are running around.

I don't like to make excuses but I'd argue it's impossible unless your competing and doing it for a reason other than a few PBS ......I wish I had the dedication I used to but I feel every bit my age now lol... I'm debating getting my bloods checked to see where my test is at cos I feel clapped out
