Watson was that good, rather than Benn being that bad.

Benn quitting like a dog against Collins; TWICE; that is humiliating.

That won't be humiliating, everyone is just expecting him to get knocked out

...is a good shout, actually.bully benn was expected by most 'pundits' and 99% of the bloodthirsty fans in attendance to destroy watson with ease, and the dark destroyer came out all guns blazing in an attempt to blitz his opponent early on.however, the unfancied watson fought a brilliant fight, drawing similarities with the foreman/ali bout a generation earlier, covering up and popping out jabs and speedy combinations off the ropes, before his impetuous foe ran out of gas and got rescued late on.a fantastic fight, from which benn learned you can't walk through every opponent within 3 rounds!

Remember that fight clearly. Seeing Cowdell lying there and then Nelson and his entourage chanting "We want McGuigan!" was a mad night.

How about Paul Lloyd v Barrera

The rarest of all things a one round corner retirement after being completely outclassed in the preceding 3 minutes.

Thi might be going back too far, but I'm going with Wilde-Villa. Probably the vest fighter in the world at the time and got knocked down like 5 times in two rounds en route to going out cold against some guy from a country nobody had heard of and with no history of the sport.
