Spar often if travel is impossible, build experience in the ring that is all that I can say on your situation specifically.

Let your work speak for itself and don’t lose sight of your goal, there is a man who won a European title with mostly only the use of his left hand his right is barely functional.

You have time but what we must learn is that our biggest problem is we think we’ve always got more, move toward your goal at all cost.
    Run>Walk>Crawl>Nothing

    Good luck!

You should be training at least 3-4 times a week at your local club. Depending on which club you are with and the level you are at, you could have anything between 6-25 fights in a year.

I wouldn’t have more than 80 amateur fights in the space of 3-4 years unless you want to turn pro or are keen to stay put in the amateurs aiming for team GB

This is a bad example because
    1) Whyte was a high level pro kickboxer before he switched to boxing - already a hard **** with pro fight experience
    2) He's a heavyweight - size and power are arguably more important than boxing skills and fundamentals (which you build in an amateur career) in today's HW division - look at Wilder.

Before to fight with a pro? Mature adults in ammy ring.
In pro boxing fight record matters damn a lot and better is not to pick up fight than to loss 0 in record.

You should ask your matchmaking advisor to match up you in order that you look impressive and not to care about purse at all for your first pro fights.
You need decent notice time before fights, preferably if opponent will have lesser notice time and will be mismatched.

NL? There is U.K/Irealand and Germany etc countries.

Yes for argentina you fe will need papers.

Looks that still is important because Povetkin by using ammy masterclass things KOed Whyte cold. And this ......most likely had KOed even 280 lber with good chin.
