    Depends what your aim is mate i had my first one at 30 years of age, only ended up having 5 and wasnt great, but liked having the experience and having a go, and still train reguarly (38 now). Agree with people saying the earlier you start the better chance you have of being decent, like anything in life i suppose!

    Instead of thinking "am i too old too be a world champion", set mini goals get fit and do your own training. Then when amateur gyms re open join one and set yourself the aim of having one fight. Then take it from there. Just because you might not become become a p4p great great doesnt mean you shouldnt have a go, the vast majoirty of the general public will not spar in their lives, never mind compete in an amateur fight

    I would say that starting later is easier for certain weight categories. Heavyweights, for example, tend to start a bit later, where they can rely on natural power, strength and athleticism to help them to KO and win fights.

    depends on how much time you spend and who you have around you to mentor you.
