Is the UFC slowly turning into Boxing?

    They’re starting to have all these dumb interim belts and now they’re inventing gimmick belts like the BMF belt. There has been a lot of demand for more weight classes as well and I think that will happen sometime soon.

    Would welcome an update to the weight classes but these interim titles can do one.

    165lb, 225lb divisions have been needed for years now.

    I have been saying this for quite a while now also. Joke circus belts, pointless interim belts, unwarranted title shots for certain fighters even sometimes fighters coming off a loss getting a title shot LOL how pathetic is that. The ufc always made out that they do what boxing fails to do but really is that correct ? The ufc over recent years has slowly for the worse turned into a boxing model.
