No Ruiz has a tighter defense than Briggs, his guard was wide open and his punches weren`t as tight as Povetkin`s or Ruiz`s, he had dreadful fundamentals and never beat a fighter rated in the ring mags top 10 when he beat them, Foreman was way too old when Briggs beat him.
