What a absolute savage training routine. Its hard to imagine how tough of a man you have to be to sustain that level of torture for a hole career

Shaolin Monk Medicine. Nikita Tszyu punishing practice to ensure his hands are like bricks. Behind paywell so i have summarised .
It was the secret garage gym that launched Kosta Tezyu to a world title and now son Nikita is training there building his mind , body and his own ambitions . Inside Nikita is punching down on a bag of chicken peas , the dipping his hands into a heated black oitment that contains 35 different secret ingredients .
Each Kung Fu Master has their own recipe Tszyu said. This is so called iron body training used for centuries by Shaolin monks to strengthen all areas of their body and includes hitting themselves with bricks , metal poles , bamboo sticks and iron weights. For now Nikita is focused on his hands.
He does this 30 minutes everyday just like his father use to do in his prime in the same room. He did this first after the Jake Rodriguez Title fight in 95. It wasn't the start of his career. He did it after he hurt his hand in a fight and wanted to strengthen his hands. And sought that through Kung Fu . In Kung Fu they punch people with bare hands , they need their hands conditioned to withstand that kind of force. I did alot of research Nikita says i 'm only in phase two.
You start with rice or sand inside inside a bag , then it goes to chicken peas and then goes to metal pellets. And then you increase the size of pellets. Its all so the hands can slowly adapt. Ever since i've been punching it i've had no issues with my hands ( injured after first fight March ). It could also be a bit of placebo, but i feel chicken peas are breaking the muscles down , breaking the bones down , you're trying to slightly damage your knuckles , but the oitment is there to heal it . So its acting like they the theory of steriods are, where it quickly repairs muscles.
