Where can you buy good stuff cheapest in Britain? Thank you for your replies in advance. Or should I not bother and just stick to me tuna?

Go to Holland & Barretts. It is a reputable store with good prices and their stuff SOMEHOW tastes ok.

    Protein usually tastes like ****.

I checkes their half price offer. Even half priced it's still extremely expensive! To be honest, I'm not interested in how good it tastes, as long as it's quality stuff that is cheap!

The best Whey can be made at home.
    Get yourself some heavy-cream.
    Then, whip it into butter.
Separate the butter from the whey, and drink the whey.

Haven't you ever heard of curds, and whey?
