Ranked the greatest featherweight four times. Have you watched any of his fights.

Top 3 Feather clearly. Watch the Saddler bouts for a stylistic nightmare.

There are other threads you can read and bump to learn, you know.

There's footage of him in action. He's very, very good.

Probably the best pure boxer P4P there ever was. He was a better boxer than Robinson. Very smart, hard to find. His record is amazing.

Greatest featherweight of all time, ranked #9 p4p. Amazing longevity and his win over Saddler is legendary, especially since it was post plane crash.

Good enough to be considered a top ten p4p guy.

He seems to be extremely highly rated by pretty much everyone .. I am no Pep scholar .. I have no idea the degree the injury compromised him so I kind of question a bit how he's called the greatest when losing three out of four to Saddler .. that said , without question an all time great fighter.

Incredible boxer and career. Are there any good books on him? I read the one he wrote “Friday’s hero’s” but anything detailing his career at length? I think Brian Hughes did one but I’m not really into his books so don’t think I can sit through another one.
