What about them? It has nothing to do with leg size. it's if they are conditioned to kick and take kicks. It doesn't happen with just a years training. Jones and these guys have been giving and taking leg kicks for well over 10 years.
You brought it up because of his leg size to begin with. If conditioning is the argument then he needs to spend some time in thai land strengthening his shins. He's got the money and the resources to have a high level fight camp . He's going to pickup the training at 2-3 x the speed of the average athlete mma fighter, he is a world champion after all. These debates are always confusing because they lack context, but in my earlier post i stressed that he would have to spend at least 3 years in lower leagues ironing out his weaknesses before stepping in the ufc. Either way his range and height can nullify so many opponents' kicks that they may think twice of even engaging in strikes, his ground game is the real problem.
Where did i bring it up to begin anything with? The previous post was the only one i made. If you are going to try and "debate" at least have a clue who said what. 3 years in the lower leagues. Combined with the at very least 5 years grappling and wrestling training before even stepping in with out getting pumped. You aren't going to condition legs 3x faster with money. The human body has a say in it. try and speed up the process and he will be in a wheel chair with 2 unusable knees. The lower leagues these days are getting some skilled grapplers coming in seeing there can be money made. So he isn't gonna punch his way through them. He should be good to go by the time he is 50.
Hw division is the weakest division in mma. There are a lot of half ass athletes like lewis and Hardy who are barely in shape doing just fine with a few years of mma generalist trainng. This is an old tired argument .Adesanya won the title with a blue belt bjj
