joshua had a random drugs test yesterday. And this morning he’s having another random drugs test.

that’s 3 in the past 3/4 weeks that I’ve noticed and I’m not that active on social media. Are the authorities stepping it up?

They say Andy isn't a big puncher but he's tko'd or ko'd just over half of his opponents. When we're watching fights there's so much ambient noise that you don't get to hear a lot of the punches, plus it's glove on skin so not quite as loud as on the pad, but watching and hearing Andy smacking those pads is very impressive. Of all the heavies (Deontay's right hammer aside), Andy is the one I would not want to fight.

seen an interview with Parker who said he’s the hardest puncher he’s been in with.

A line has been drawn in the sand.

85% of the forum believe AJ will lose again.

Me and few other intelligent people here believe vice versa.

85%? feels around 50/50 to me on this forum. Is there a poll somewhere on here showing 85%?

I took a mental count, everytime there was a conversation on the topic 8.5 people out of 10 sided with Ruiz as being victorious.

My favourite bit of his post was the suggestion that people who think Ruiz will repeat his feat are lacking in intelligence :)

Haha yep, it’s a really interesting fight stylistically and could go either way. I’m looking forward to it.

Personally I make Joshua slight favourite but then again I was saying to a friend on the night of the first fight that Joshua would walk over Ruiz in 3 rounds so what do I know!

With his physical advantages and the pedigree he’s demonstrated in past fights, it should be a formality for Joshua...but like you say, styles make fights, along with the context in which there are several factors which could contribute to another defeat for AJ. Can’t wait for it.

Listening to Hearns latest IFL interview this morning, I get the impression he’s expecting the winner of Ruiz/Joshua to vacate the WBO belt and fight their IBF mandatory against Pulev. Hearn planning that Usyk can pick up the vacated belt and then there’s another big unification fight out there

Be interesting for Fury. He will have the choice of fighting Wilder or Usyk (Usyk is 1, Fury 2 with WBO). Be absolutely no excuse to avoid both of them.

Andy Ruiz looking like he’s shifted a fair bit.

I would say in my view it is about 50/50 here for the rematch. The original fight was 98-2 in favour of AJ. So that is a big shift.

AJ is the obvious favourite for the rematch. He will be fully focused this time around on beating Ruiz. In the first fight he was distracted by the Wilder fight and intent on taking Ruiz out early. This backfired on him.

I remember an article somewhere online, think it might have been the BBC, showing a ‘before and after’ photo shoot with a man and a woman. Obviously the second photo made them look so much better and the intention was to show ‘this is what eight weeks of healthy eating and exercise can do.’

Of course the twist in the tale was both photos were taken about half an hour apart. It was quite interesting to see to be fair; the before picture had them in baggy, unflattering clothes whilst the latter had them in much better looking training gear. They’d been given a spray tan, lighting was much less harsh, and they had them pose to look far better.

I reckon there’s a bit of that here. Head forward, t shirt on, arms raised. I reckon he’ll look pretty similar come fight night.
