Ruiz fought Dimitrenko on April 20th and AJ on June 1st June so he's coming off back-to-back training camps

'Ruiz overcame the 1-25 favourite in convincing fashion and pointed to back-to-back training camps as a key factor given he fought as recently as 20 April. In one night, his profile has been transformed from being an overweight easy touch for Joshua to a dangerous champion.'

Don't really think it tells us anything at this stage. Joshua's a gym rat, so him being back in training isn't surprising. Hopefully he's taken cognisance of his mistakes and is working on technical and tactical things, rather than just trying to get bigger and stronger though.

Also was seen in snowy mountains in Russia training with logs and living in a mountain shack with no electricity.

Nothing to be concerned about. Plenty of time until the rematch. As the first Mexican HW Champ, it's expected he would do this.

To be honest, AJ's problem wasn't coming into the ring out of shape, he got hit in the face and thats where the fight ended. Unless he works on his defense, nothing will change in the rematch

Reading too much into it, imo. The fight is 6 konths out still. What they do jow is relatively little significance imo. (Within reason)

They are in different positions and the contexts for them are different.

A victory tour is understandable from Ruiz.

Getting straight back to work is understandable from AJ.

Unless Ruiz is still doing victory tours weeks from now, I dont expect this to effect anything.

But it does show AJs character.

The bodybuilder can train as much as he wants but you cannot train a glass chin, cannot train a quitter attitude , a poor boxing brain with zero Ring IQ and ultimately he will fold as a house of cards once Ruiz pulls him into a 3 min a round fight not bodybuilding contest again.

Joshua shouldn’t train that soon after a concussion.

Joshua should be taking a month off also IMO.

If he's training already, it's more unlikely he will be changing the processes he needs to change. And those are some major changes.

I'm pretty sure Joshua is just surrounded with yes men.

    A wide man once said...

"I don'th think Team AJ know what went wrong"

Whilst Team Ruiz alwayd knew what would go right.

Let AJ train... he has a long road ahead. Ruiz can party as much as he wants.
