I think Graeme Rutherford of Birtley Boxing club is the best coach in the country. And people will realise that when he moves into the pros with the Mccormacks 1 Graeme Rutherford 2 Rob Mccracken 3 Shane McGuigan
I'm not the only person in the world who thinks the Ingle gym is overrated you know lol . BJS was already world champion when he moved to the Ingles so that doesn't really count and he wasn't there long. And the shallow womens boxing where it's far easier to pick up a title. Nelson was champ when the WBO was seen as like the IBO making defences against nobodies. You know full well deep down, per time spent in boxing Mcguigan is way ahead of the Ingle gym! And when he's been in the game as long as the Ingles have, the success difference by way of number of world champions will be incomparable
Graeme Rutherford is a great shout, a great coach is someone who nurtures a fighter from an early age and brings them through to success. A good coach is someone who inherits a trained fighter and polishes them to success. Cyclone are polishers the hard work was already done by other trainers.

Well done to Shane McGuigan, but he took on an ex-Olympian, British and Commonwealth champion for 3 fights and got a shot at a vacant title (against a 34 year old who hadn't won since 2018, coming off a knockout defeat and coming off Covid).
As my coach used to say “ you cannot make a silk purse out of a sows ear” it’s one thing taking a highly skilled amateur and matching him correctly I.e. good promotional deal and quite another developing a kid from scratch ! The best coaches are probably in the amateur ranks with little internet presence.
You conveniently missed out that Glowacki was a former 2 x world champion who'd beat Steve Cunningham and Marco Huck, and had only lost to the divisions very best Oleksandr Usyk and Mairis Breidis. And that a lot of fighters have been inactive because of the current situation. PS: I seem to recall Junior Witter winning a vacant title too

Rob was trained from the age of 12 by Frank O'Sullivan. When I watch him work now, I just see Frank, the finest Boxing man I have ever known.
I don't think ye realise that Brendan Ingle took them boys the whole way through through amateur career to being a world champion. Phenomenal. Shane McGuigan is a top coach no doubt but long way to go before he touches Brendan Ingle.
Frank's a legend. I was over in Beijing with him for 3 weeks in 2008. Some character. He came to Ireland many times over the years for club shows in Dungarvan
