Why in the hell is any combat sport letting James in the ring?

If any combat sport is doing it, why aren't these young Boxers lining up to knock James Toney the hell out and be the man who retired this HOF fighter?

man i can watch toney/jirov damn near every month, but toney is definitely losing his motor skills.... shouldn't even be fighting at this point.... he would've made a helluva entertaining commentator....
