Haye cares more about his Legacy than his bank balance.

In terms of legacy though there's little to gain and much to lose against Enzo, speaking frankly though Enzo will also be in with a shot since he's a puncher, has good body work and Haye's drained at the weight, if Enzo takes Haye into the late rounds the fight could easily be his... as strange as it is to say on the eve of Haye being cruisers' undisputed champ, he's outgrown the division and every fight he has now at this weight will strip away from his longevity in the ring. Also Enzos' getting this fight because he's won a popularity contest being under Warren, not because he's the most deserving challenger, that award would go to Cunningham.

I think Enzo does deserve this shot. He has improved vastly under Team Calzaghe and will probably get even better. I think if Haye wins he will move up to Heaveyweight and Enzo and Cunningham will fight it out for the reliquished belts. :bbb

Any preds yet? It isn't likely to go long is it? I like Enzo but I think Haye figures to blast him out early. Mac doesn't strike me as much of a counter puncher so think Haye might just come out banging and over power him.

thats the way i see it, especially as he is tight at the weight, he will not want a long fight, i believe enzo will be really cautious which could lead to his downfall.
i am seriously excited by this, it could be spectacular.
i dont care where it is at, i am going.

Haye said in the Star today that he wants to go to Cardiff to fight Macca, he wants to knock him out in his own backyard.

I think Haye will knock him out VERY early, but Macca has a REAL chance which makes this fight so interesting.

nah. assuming you're being serious, neither has fought at the top level long enough to be considered p4p...

plus i don't think there are enough quality fighters at this weight class compared to the other divisions.

Enzo does not command prime time billing on ITV. His fight agaisnt Braithwaite was ITV1s lowest rated Saturday for 4 years.

He is getting paid more, both will be getting the highest purse for Cruiers in history. But Haye is taking this for the fans, money is secondary.

    Yeh it was.

Williams vs Harrison 1 got 9mil for ITV, Calzaghe vs Manfredo and Khan vs Bull got around 7mil, Skelton vs Williams, Sprott vs Harrison, Calzaghe vs Bika got 6mil but this was mainly due to Khan being on the card.

Derry Matthews got something ridiclious like 2.5mil and Enzo was even lower, however this can be blamed on lack of advertising, remember the fights were purchased very late notice.

I take exception to this point I'm afraid. Mayweather didn't fight Hatton for the money, he doesn't need it. Plus he's been the true champion in all but one of the divisions he has held titles in (140).

I agree with what you say about Haye though & I have massive respect for him.
