I think Pac vs Jones would make money in Asia. There are people here willing to pay millions just for the right to host the Pac fight. A young contender would be a good opponent. It would not break any PPV records but would be decent money nonetheless.

You people mention Brook like he is world class level. LOL. Jones needs to try to get a fight with Cintron at 147 or Berto some legit big time names then make a play for Manny.

    Money-wise its good.
Career-wise it ain't. He might get hurt in the process.

nothing says I'm ready for Pacquiao quite like a KO over Raul Munoz. Mike Jones has some work left to do before he can be deemed a credible, threatening, opponent. As others have said, Berto would be a great test, for both guys. Cintron is another good name. Unfortunately, Jones will probably now go into full protection mode by Arum until a Pac fight is actually made.

Mike Jones is going to make a lot of money...to take...a beating by Pac in trying to take Pacman's title. He needs more work. Have him face Berto first.

agreed.... PAC fighting Jones right now will just be anther fight against an over matched foe. If he beats Berto better than Ortiz did then he'll have enough clout to go into the PAC fight with some rumblings of a potential upset. ****....altough I dont' hear it much...Some are actully giving ORtiz a shot at beating Floyd.

The kid's young. He can recover from a loss to Pac (he has decent defense). But, I agree that a fight with Berto is the one to make. A fight with Ortiz would be nice as well, if Ortiz loses to Floyd.

Mike Jones is still a prospect in my eyes...Arum is only considering him to compete w/ Mayweather fighting a young champion. IMO Bradley would be a better choice.
