Well seeing as Devon Alexander is moving up to 147 , i say put him in with Kell Brook , doubt it will happen though, but how would you see this fight going?

Alexander isn't that good but you could at least be serious.

I've got a feeling this thread is going to be embarrassing. A bit like that Pavlik vs DeGale one a few months back...

    Alexander by stoppage, right now.

I don't know if it's that bad Wallet, at the end of the day the only impressive results on Alexanders record are the victories over a shot Witter and Urango, which was very impressive to be fair. I thought Kotelnik and Matthyse both won fairly comfortable decisions against him (116-112 for Kotelnik and 96-93 Matthyse) and Bradley bullied him and made him quit. I'm not sold on Brook just yet, but I don't think Alexander is leagues above him.

Well, when I posted that the poll results were 100% Brook KO from the first 3 votes. :nut

 Aye that's a bit over the top. I wouldn't pick a winner for this fight but I don't think Brook would be dominated.

Alexander is nothing much more than a Hype job, he has fast hands but not much ummph behind them hes got good footwork , but other than that he barks far more than he bites, hes lost his last 3 fights. Brooks solid jab and right hand would have Alexander squelling. levels above geez

You Brits need to stop being so insecure about your top exports.

Brook would indeed beat Alexander. That of course doesn't mean a whole lot as Alexander isn't even a top five LWW in my view, let alone a top five WW...but yeah. Kell wins this.

all of a sudden brook beats an old ass niggga and he becomes mr.invincible over night brook still has allot to prove, he hasnt fought any1 worldclass alexander has, if alexander fought at the level of brook hed be considered a KO artist

Alexander has fought three times at a significantly higher level than Brook (his last three bouts) and is officially 2-1 in that span but should really be 0-3.

I don't think his next best wins (the severely overrated Urango and that unbearably bad version of Witter) count as all that much higher level than N'dou and Jennings respectively tbh.

i think alexander is an average fighter, but he does have some attributes,
kell brook didnt beat jennings, jennings was actually warming into the fight before the cut took place which was caused by brook brushing his glove on some scar tissue, and lets not forget ndou was a 40 year old man who only won 2 of his last 6 fights, ill give brook his props when he beats a serious contender like alfonso gomez/mike jones/andre berto/jean zavrick/jo jo dan etc etc

Nothing insecure here, just seeing it as i see it, as i stated Alexander lost his last 3 fights even though hisrecord says hes won 2 of them. I`m not saying Brook beating Alexander puts brook right up there either:roll:

I was pretty clearly addressing those who think Brook couldn't handle Alexander; not you. :good
