Shin splints and Achilles Tendinitis get shin splints almost constantly and the tendinitis flares up occasionally

I get wrist/knuckle injuries from time to time, but the most annoying ones are leg related, either shin splints or messed up knee because they are so easy to get and are pretty much recurrant.

my index finger has been ****ed up for about 3 - 4 months now. NFI what's wrong with it, it's in the knuckle though. Anytime i land my right hand it's like someone hit it with a hammer. But then sometimes it's fine, other times i'll just flick something with no force and it'll flare up. Really annoying and niggly little injury and it's pissing me off cause it wont get better.

Or his hips. A lot of times poor mobility in the hamstring is caused by the hips. If its cronic and it seems that no matter how much you stretch your hamstrings it doesn't help the problem likely lies in the hips. Its called anterior pelvic tilt.

I lost some hair on my head, so I had to take 2 weeks off to recover, I could not be seen in public like that!
