Look at Bowe in '95, Holyfield dropped him & hurt him many times as he battered him accross the ring for much of their rubber match (with Bowe only winning due to Holy gassing badly & suddenly from Hepatitis), & Hide had him rocked several times too. Whereas in '92 & '93, Bowe was eating Holyfield's combinations like Skittles for the majority of their 24 rounds of brutal war in their first two legendary fights. By '95 Bowe's punch resistance, reflexes & handspeed were hugely deteriorated, & by '96 he was shot.
One thing is for sure: Haye has never even remotely fought someone with Wlad's combination of size, skill, power, speed (underrated), and experience. He's in uncharted waters and no matter what it is he plans to do, it will be a big challenge for him to stick to that plan.
