I'm not talking about preparation for Wlad for Haye. I'm talking about Haye's stock as a heavyweight, which is only marginally higher than fellow contenders. Beating the Adameks, Chagaevs etc would prove he is on a higher level than those guys.

And those guys are better than the Ruiz Haye fought so it would be an indication. I don't know how you can think otherwise when Chagaev beat younger, better versions of both of them than Haye did.

Wladimir will get my credit providing Haye is clearly beaten. Haye is a cruiserweight, Wladimir should do a job on him if he's a great champion.

So Haye is a blown up cruiserweight but he had bad stamina and punch resistance at that weight because it was killing him to make weight? :think Which is it?

Yep.And say what you want about Chambers but he is actually a young man who was coming off an impressive victory unlike Valuev,Ruiz and Audley.

I would give him credit, Haye may have flaws but is no walkover, I think Haye may pull it off on points as I don't see it being an all out war as its hyped up, regardless good fight for boxing and either winner deserves credit knockout or no knockout

I'll give Wladimir credit because I rate Haye as a very live and legitimate challenger even though his heavyweight career hasn't been anything special.

He's talked his way into this fight more than proving his ability in the ring (as a heavyweight) but the division itself lacks depth and he's better than any of the others waiting in line.

Il give him credit if he actually fights Haye and not grab him all the time. I can see Haye TKO stoppage, but i hope its an even fight and it not boring, and i prey to god Haye does not fight like he did against Valuev, Haye cant let it go to points coz of the judges, he has to go out and land punches.

Then again i dont dislike Wlad i just think he is a boring fighter, thats why i give Haye such a chance, but as we know it takes ones punch.

Of course, he already gets plenty of credit on here.

What did the Ukranians say when you asked them about giving Haye credit should he knock Wlad out?

Reading across many of the different forums I get the general impression that the yanks will say it's a lucky shot should Haye win.

Chagaev's shot to bits mate. He looked absolute crap before Wlad even fought him. It would prove nothing. He's also made to order for Haye. As would beating Adamek, the dude can't even put McBride away, the only people putting stock in that guy are Polish.

Fact is these guys are all pretty average. Thats the way the division is, beating grade B after grade B pretender doesn't do much. May as well get on with it.

I'm Ukrainian and hereby declare that should Haye win I will give him the fullest credit and recognise him as a true champion. I also hope he wouldn't retire on the spot and clash with Vitali later on.

I'll give him a hell of alot of credit if he does win.

One could say this is his first Superfight...given the dearth of talent at HW, it could go down as the jewel in his legacy.

My feeling is that Haye will win by knockout. I like Wlad alot, so I'll be pretty happy whatever happens. Very much looking forward to the fight.

I would give him lots of credit for rendering Haye's athleticism and agility irrelevant, and swatting him aside. It would put a completely different slant on his career and put his other victories into context. Maybe he made all his previous look devoid of ambition and powderpuff rather than them just turning up and fighting as if they had just been sedated?

If he wins on points he's a worthless piece of **** though.
