To be honest Vitali should not be allowed to get involved in his brothers fights, as it's none of his business. If he chooses to try and call out opponents who have defeated wlad then fair enough, but hanging around like this actually makes wlad look like he can't handle himself!

 

Doesn't matter if Vitali beat or not beat any of great opposition, he is so badass that he'd be top P4P in any era of HW division.
