Less than two hours after Manny defeated Cotto, Schaefer contacted the President of HBO Sports, Ross Greenburg, to inform him that he had been given permission by FMJ to begin negoatiations

It's not just that Pac agreed to floyd's demand. It's the fact that even Floyd himself acknowledged this fact but decided he wanted to go on vacation and said he has lost the urge to fight. *****s seem to forget that and this is why this noise the *****s are creating about Floyd calling out pac is pathetic. Floyd is just using Pac's name to sell this fight.

I think it's fair to be skeptical given Floyd's reluctance to fight PAC over the last almost 2 yrs. But I'm all about gauging and anticipating one's intentions and/or motives based on what they've shown us.

Lately Floyd has been showing signs that are all postitive. Coming back to the sport...picking Ortiz as a tune up and out right addressing the PAC fight and stating without hesitation he wants the fight...going as far as to say PAC is next.

I applaud Floyd and although he could still back out...I find it hard to believe he'd be willing to go through all the critisim and being call a coward all over again by pulling the same duck move he did in 2009.

It seems like Floyd found his urge and is ready to prove he can beat PAC. If he is able to is anther question. If anyone can beat PAC it's gonna be floyd.. and vise versa.

JMM and Ortiz are tune up fights to set up the main course. Floyd is stepping up BIG and he's got to be given props for it.

All the anti-Floyd rhetoric is Floyd's own fault because of his antics outside the ring. But putting his antics aside, Floyd is the best boxer in the world from a technical standpoint ..... its not even a debate. Although I like Pac-Man, he hasn't fought anyone over the past three years.

As for Pac & Floyd--the world wants this fight. Floyd has gotten alot of heat for "ducking" Manny when the truth is, he never ducked Manny.

The truth is that Manny never agreed to Floyd's demands for random blood testing with no cut-off date. The most Manny has been willing to agree to thus far is random testing with a two week cut off. This begs the question why Manny can stipulate to Floyd's request? The request is not unreasonable. Sugar Shane and Victor Ortiz did it, why can't Manny?

The excuses I have read for Manny's unwillingness to stipulate to Floyd's terms is unpersuasive and laughable at best.

I actually think the only person Floyd has ducked has been PAC. There have been NO OTHER OPTIONS comparable that Floyd could have chosen which means that he avoided the only fight that would be this big.

Floyd is the best technically sound boxer in the game. And PAC is the most Dynamic fighter in the game. It's a great stylistic match up where either man has a shot.

The truth is Floyd created a bunch of obstacles that prevented the fight from happening as easily as 40 of Floyd other previous fights. The only hold up was the cut off date that stemmed from the accusations and the demands for OSDT.

Neither said could come to a mutual agreeable term and afterwards Floyd stated "NO CUT OFF". Floyd denied negotiations took place when Ross Greenberg outed Floyd as a liar, stating Floyd was the person who did not want the fight.

PAC agreed to the demands verbally which Floyd knows about, yet has failed to acknowledge nor USE as a base line for making the fight reality.

The reason Shane agreed and Vic agreed are simple. Floyd didn't go out defaming Shane or Vic before demanding OSDT like he did with PAC. Plus.....Vic and Shane can't make nearly the kind of money PAC or Floyd make. So they'll be willing to jump through ANY hoops to make a fight with either Manny or Floyd knowing how much money is on the line.

:patsch dummy, I've read this before and he never says he agreed. In this same ustream video he says he'll fight Manny when he comes off the power pellets.
When Floyd says Manny you're next, do you think he's implying that Manny agreed
