Let's be honest, he probably knows more than you. The guy has a very good resume, win or lose, and has made the most of his career with the little power he has...which says a lot for his boxing ability.

it's been on here for days.. most people have seen it. it was that good though, it's worth another look.

 

Hay's has a bit much on the bench lifting chest muscles. Can't tell if they get in the way of a jab... too big chest muscles cause a chicken wing jab.

 

if is the fear of loosing, it's a positive fear. If is the fear of your oponent, then is a bad fear.

Dam I'm out of the ESB loop atsch Haven't been around in a while, but I'm genuinely excited for this fight...Both Haye & Wlad look in phenomenal shape physically..I'm hoping to see some early fire works for the 4th of July weekend come Saturday.
