Vitali would have stopped Haye from last night after the 6th round. I personally think Wlad had it in him to get Haye out of their anywhere past the 9th if he had pushed it. But does anyone else agree that Vitali would have done it earlier?

Prime vitali yes, at this point he catches him while haye is off balence a few times and drops him, allthough I think haye's style works better vs vitali then it doesn vs a textbook guy like wlad, vitali keeps his hands low and has bad footwork he is also slower nowadays, haye was just banking on that money punch to get wlads glass shattered.

I've got posts, maybe on this forum but definitely on some kind of scene, from a while back that I always thought Vitali would be an easier fight for Haye than Waldo.

His defence is more porous, he's slower, has worse footwork, lower power etc. I think Haye's potshotting game would work better on him. Though then again Haye would struggle with VK's activity and even bigger height and reach.

I see Wlad as faster and more athletic/mobile so no I actually see Haye would have gone the distance with Vitali and maybe had a better chance..due to Vitali being so much slower.
