Not fat and actually any good. Cuz im beginnin to believe its guna take somebdy with the same reach and height as a Klitchko but with atleast some of the speed of a fighter like Haye to defeat them. Unless somebody gets real lucky with a bomb of a shot. It only took Vlad 1 step back everytime Haye looked to be loadin up the right hand. If they were both jabbin at the same time Vlad beats Haye to the punch every time. And the strength difference seemed obvious every single time they came together. Haye was too small as far as i was concerned and Vlads jab wasnt poor enough for Haye to not have problems. If Haye was 6 5 plus while keeping most of his speed hed of been in with a big chance. I feel unless another Tyson comes along its guna take somebody who can match jab for jab.
For me, David Price at 6 8 is the future of British HW's and a possible future world champion after the Klits retire. He is probably too young to meet the Klits before they retire. If you saw the Tom Dollas fight you will know what I am talking about!!
To me Wlad still showed the same vulnerabilities which saw him get knocked out earlier in his career. Problem is, its difficult for a smaller HW to follow up and throw 4-5 shot combos on a guy when he leans on you or steps back. Plus i think wlad would have done better if Haye would have thrown more leather.
David Price looks kind of like a younger, more exciting British Wlad. That Tom Dallas fight was awesome! edit: why can't I say Crack3r?
I don't think you neccesarily need to be around 6'6 or '7 and the same height, about 6'4 should do it, but you can't give up 5 inches and 30 lbs like Haye did.
Well you need better technique for starters. Tyson was 5'10 beating 6'6 men regularly because he was superior all around.
Firstly I wouldn't really say regularly, secondly he 'struggled' much more with larger opponents, thirdly, you are discounting Wladamirs skills, many of the 6'5 or so men Tyson fought were bums, that doesn't compare to fighting a seasoned, highly skilled, highly athletic 6'6 World Champ. Though of course, better tekkers would have helped.
Tony Tucker, Mitch Green etc.....they were around 6'5, but when your only 5'10, it's fair to say it's more than the equivalent.
Well Arreola is about 6'4 and is now in pretty decent shape. Maybe he can do something. Tony Thompson is a solid fighter, but just doesnt have the speed and power neccessary to beat the Klitschkos
Richard Towers 6'7 I think. He's only had a couple fights, not sure if he will ever face a klitschko.
