come on we all know that most of these sports are tough as ****,boxing takes immaculate fitness,we see what happens at the elite level if a boxer isnt in perfect condition.footballs stamina, speed and technique together probably makes it the most demanding game.
rugby and am football are two tough ****ing sports,i wouldnt want to play any of them for the hits they take.

but look at this,it may only be a ******* hybrid of a sport but i feel it combines all physical aspects to produce the most demanding sport around.

Well at least we are all agreed on on thing. Euro beer > American beer.

Having boxed a bit and played rugby I would have to say that rugby sevens runs boxing closer than normal rugby does.

Still, combat sports will always be the toughest sports. 50 competitive hours in a ring and most boxers are ****ed for life, no non combat sports chews you up and spits you out so fast.

    There are a few others.....

    Erm lemme think....

    French wine/food > American wine/food

    Swiss watches > American watches

Real titties > fake American titties

    German meglamaniacs > American meglamaniacs

    Okay, now I'm struggling.

I agree with some aspects....It's DEFINITLEY MORE EXPLOSIVE IN AMERICAN Football than in Rugby....Rugby is very demanding physically. You NEED Stamina to play Rugby moreso than you would in football. But American football players are ALL about explosivness! They may not be able to keep in up for 80 mins non stop but they will definitly bust some skulls going full speed.

It pisses me off when people rip on American Football for being a ***s sport coz they wear headgear and stuff, coz I've played both Rugby and American Football and trust me you'd get your neck broken for sure playing competitively without the headgear. American Football is FAR from a ***s sport.

The thing is, I dont know the sport well I dont follow the NFL, but I think the quality of the athlete depends on what position they play. Some guys, recievers and runners, have to be fit but there's other defensive positions where basically all they are required to do is get in the way, which means pure bulk is an advantage.

In Rugby you've got no headgear, and your facing guys who are very fit and strong who weight in excess of 250lbs who tackle hard, but luckily you cant tackle when off the ball. I can't explain the feeling to other rugby players of what its like when you've not got the ball, but you could still get speared by someone at any time. Its frightening.

The thing thats the most dangerous about Rugby is in Rugby Union, where they have rucks and mauls and scrums, because that nearly always descends into a brawl. If your trying to protect the ball and all of a sudden you find yourself beneath a pile of huge blokes all trying to rip your eyes out its a very scary experience. I have played games where men have had to be taken off the pitch in an air ambulance coz of broken necks, its horrifying.

Im not going to get into all the nationalistic bull****, but all I have to say to job is that if you're basing american beer on miller and coors than you dont actually know anything about american beer. There are thousands of breweries in this country that produce really high quality beer. By your logic european beer should be considered **** because heineken is the largest european exporter, and a heini sucks.

You sure its 180lb bench press and not 280lb? For a minimum of 240-250lb weight I would assume its 280lb press atleast.
