Vlad didnt beat up haye at all, he was better and won a UD. If anything, he was more marked up than haye.

I don't think wlad needs to target haye at the moment, not before the latter has regained some credit by beating some top notch names or well some of those guys top rated guys, thats not to say the fight didnt earn haye any credit but he's had his chance and lost decisively and now has to join the end of the queue before getting a 2nd chance.
Haye worked and paid for his lottery ticket. And when he didn't win, he suddenly wants another ticket handed to him for FREE. Why should Wlad grant him that wish? If you want to see Haye get KO'd then have him fight Arreola.
Money is the only reason, for legacy it will not mean much (not that there is anyone out there who would)
I'd watch a rematch, it was a good technical fight, if not a barnstorming brawl. Why wouldn't I wish to see those two prime fighters go at it again? It's not like there's much else going on at HW. The match most certainly won't be re-matched any time soon though.
