    War Williams!

The amount of **** he gets on here is disgraceful. Hope he puts in a great performance and does a number on Lara.

Excellent fight but coming at a bad timing for Lara. Not only it's a bit too early but he's just produced his career worst performance followed by his arrest, not sure if he's focus is 100% or if he could beat Williams at 100%.

The effects of the brutal KO is a question mark with Paul though, but I expect him overcoming some difficult moments to get a comfortable decision win.

This is a fight that could Shut the Critics up. But the question after the fight is what is next for the Winner/Loser? If Lara wins, Personally a fight with Alvarez would be great and could sell also (Mexico vs Cuba). But if Williams wins and Cintron wins in his fight, I see no reason why Williams and Cintron can't complete that farce of a fight they had last year.

duran successfully came back from the hearns ko. but you are entirely right. once a boxer goes to sleep like in the willams fight they rarely come back.

he and his trainer are now talking about retirement in two or three fights and in 2012. this is always a bad sign. he may be getting hurt in sparring.

Willams lost to the best MW in the world, and now he's horrible and has all these flaws, I can only shake my head. Willams stops this dude in 10, I like Lara, but the proof is there for all to see Williams as already beaten fighters far better than Lara.

ko's against tomato cans are generally worthless as used for a guage against a-level competition.

wins against tomato cans are as well.

dominanant wins and especially (t)ko's against b-level competition(brewer) show much, much more. this win by itself is worth more in value than all his previous ko's put together.

also, successfully fighting through a cut/knockdown is a signifigant achievement as well.

he is the only one to dominate winky at the 154-160 weight class.

b-hop beat winky but at 170.

No way man. I have been saying this since the first thread on this fight came up once it got signed. 99% of people here were saying Williams by stoppage when I actually see Lara stopping PW in 4-7 rounds.
Williams jumps in and Lara has some wicked power in that left hand. Laras timing is top notch so he will time him and eventually put his lights out Martinez style. Im expecting another brutal KO here.

Williams chin is also cracked so i would not be surprised to see an even earlier KO.

Dangerous fight for Lara, Williams could do to him what Trinidad did to Vargas.

Molina didn't beat up on Lara, first he doesn't have the power to beat up on anyone and second he outhustle Lara in a few rounds but the best punches of the fight were land it by Lara, the fight was close do to Lara's lack of agression but it wasn't a beat down, draw was fair.

I am glad that we see things equal here. I see Williams getting desperate and Lara timing him with one wicked straight to his jaw and lights out! Gamboa Express and Saul said it first! ;)
