Where is Wladimir in the ATG's now?

He didnt even hurt a blown up cruiser...while i wanted more, if i had to actually put my house on an outcome i would have expected a wlad ko, that didnt even nearly happen. He won, but he won poorly, where as Haye lost disgracefully.

 

Really? You cant think of 29 heavyweights throughout history that would have dealt with the likes of Haye, Chambers, Thompson, Peter a lot more effectivly than Wladimer has. Not to mention the guys he has lost too.

Haye is clearly pretty limited at HW, Wlad didn't totally destroy him either.

When comparing with other ATGs where the stakes are very high for positioning, I'm not sure the Haye win adds that much value to Wlads ATG status.

Top 20 at a push, but I think if you exclude H2H and counted all the smaller heavyweights who would not be in the divison today then he could be between 20 & 30.

 

How can Wlads stock rise given how poorly the Wlad fans rated Haye?

The Wlad fans were saying Haye would be knocked out or given a pizza face and neither happened.

Haye stood in front of Wlad with his hands by his sides inviting Wlad to come forward and unleash something but Wlad wasn`t capable of landing anything of significance as Haye slipped the majority of punches Wlad was willing to throw.

Given how Wlad was being built up on this forum I am surprised he isn`t getting panned.

 

According to boxrec rating algorithm Wlad amounted 1320 points so far. That puts him him at #7 on all time heavies, right behind Patterson.

I like the Klit bros I dont understand the backlash against them they should of been promoted better in the USA and in movies by now, but ass kissing aside Im honest I dont give a **** Wlad is top 50 and Vitali being the better fighter has weaker resume had he beat Lewis hed be top 25, but hes top 100. If Vitali beats Povetkin, Adamek hed be top 50. Despite Hayes sorry performance the division is so limited a Vitali vs Haye fight would be interesting because thats all there is out there. For HW ATGs, Wlad is top 10.

 

top 20, In a couple of years top 15.

He deserves recognition for his domination over the division. He had like 10 title defenses. People try to downplay his achievements constantly and its dumb.
