Once again, when you donate blood they take a pint. When you have blood drawn for a blood test, they take a tablespoon. A pint of blood is 1/8th your entire blood supply. Any doctor will tell you that will effect your energy level. That's why they give you cookies and **** when you donate blood. Go get blood drawn for a blood test. You won't be getting any cookies. That's because they amount they take is pretty damn small compared to your total supply; nowhere near enough to effect you. It definitely won't stop you from training hard for 3 days. Pac had a a blood test before the Hatton fight and went back to the gym and trained hard that same day. So who is he fooling here?

Sorry homie you can try to act like such thing is something to laugh about but it is true. Ask any Marine out there and they will tell you right away that they are afraid to get blood drawn or get vaccinated or they know somebody would start having a severe panic attack when they know they are gonna get blood drawn. **** just the other day I drew blood to a marine vet and he started turning pale as **** so I had to stop what I was doing coz a 280lb 6'7 marine was gonna drop on the floor. It's just natural. Kinda like some people are afraid of heights. I'm not but my brother needs to have a bottle of alcohol to calm him down whenever he travels around and out of the country.
