Can't wait to see Paul Williams back in the ring. This guy is a warrior and has also done his best to give us are moneys worth. He has a had some great wins and two shocking loses, always showed nothing but class in victory and defeat as well. I really hope he can come back strong from that brutal KO and can establish himself once again as one of the top fighters in boxing. Paul is a great guy and an awesome fighter and I wish him the best.

good way of putting it. I support all fighters especially latin fighters, but
Wiiliams always comes to fight. Props to Lara for taking the fight, but I think I might go with Pwilly in this one. Na whatam sayin?

I concur with everything Mediciine said. PDub is good for boxing. Yes, there was a time when he was ridiculously over-rated, but that does not change the fact that he fights his heart and, nearly always puts on a great show.

Lara's team has a ton of confidence in their boy! For example, they put him in with Grady Brewer in his 11th pro fight. That's Grady "I Ruin Prospects" Brewer. I thought that was a gutsy move, especially when you consider the fact that Grady hadn't lost a fight in 4 years, and was coming off a KO win over an undefeated prospect who had more fights than Lara. At the end of the day, Lara got the job done against the notorious prospect killer.

However, I think a half decent version of Paul Williams is a bridge to far. To Tall Paul just brings to many things to the ring that Lara has never seen before. I think Paul's height, reach, punching power, and "spay and pray" style make him a solid favorite over Lara.

Williams is a warrior, and he carries himself very well after a loss

After getting Ko'd he just dealt with it saying "Thats just how the cookie crumbles", in comparison to the "i broke my toe" bull****

And getting into the line of fire straight away against Lara is a testament to Williams's confidence and willingness to fight the best

Hopefully it wont. But im confident it hasnt affected him, its easier to recover from an early KO then getting schooled for 12 rounds and then getting KO'd

Thats what I am talking about, you never hear any bull**** excuses from Paul. the guy shows up to fight, and if he loses he gives the other man his props and moves on.
