    floyd was a great 135 fighter, one of the best of all time however Duran IS the best lightweight of all time. if castillo can give floyd a 'test' (ahem) then Duran could certainly beat him

    what a fight though

    Duran was a monster at 135.

    Duran would simply wear Floyd down.

    Yea based on what I saw in Mayweather vs. Castillo I I say that Duran makes Mayweathers bike run outta gas.... Great fight but I don't see May K'Oing Duran, he may be able to squeak out a Split Decision.. But in all honesty.. Duran gets May..

    Why just bring up the only fight that he came close to a loss in when he was injured,what about the fm that smashed corrales to bits?

    I agree duran is the greatest lightweight ever but doesnt mean there arent certain fighters who may have beaten him through the years head to head

    Mayweather wins 7 of out 10.. His speed, skill and adaptation/generalship is what makes him the best lightweight IMO

    I agree Floyd is a defensive wizard and Duran had major problems when he fought SRL and Benitez who were slick fighters themselves.
