I only can speak of the worst = Arthur Abraham
He only can block in the shell. Can never block with movement.

    Who is the best ?

Bernard Hopkins, Floyd Mayweather, and maybe David Haye. he was pretty good at slipping Wlad's punches when he wasn't on his knees.

Ward is the best or one of the best at slipping punches on the inside.

Probably not in the top 10, but Haye did recently leave a good impression on me when it comes to head movement.

Mayweather, obviously one of the best ever at this criteria.

I'm trying to think of lower weight fighters, but for whatever reason none are really standing out too much. I like the above shout out to Narvaez.

Even though i love Paul Williams he aint to good at slipping punches and has been hit with some bombs in his past few fights. I also have to agree with margarito worst punch slipper with the best chin, his skull must be made of concrete haha.
