Ricky Hatton Announces Retirement

He does this every couple of months. Usually after a big event just to remind everyone that he's still around. Don't worry he'll be announcing his comeback soon in under 3 years.

Didn't he say he wanted to rematch Mayweather because it was more humiliating than his loss to Pac.

I think Mayweather will take that fight. Easy money for both of them.

 

Was just glad to hear it was his retirement he was announcing and not his comeback. Good innings Ricky and stay retired.

Props to Ricky Hatton, one of the last great British boxers who didn't duck anyone and only lost to arguably two of the best fighters of our generation.

 

Hatton announced his retirement the second that photo was taken, if not before then!

 

He said in an interview yesterday that Frank ****** asked him if he wanted to fight Kostya Tszyu because he could go down the Sharmba Mitchell or Vivian Harris route to a title if he wanted. But he said no Kostya is the best and I want to fight the best. Just about sums Ricky up right there, warrior.
