    He is not LL or EH for sure but he is (was) clearly above John Ruis and Niko Valuev. And those two held WBA belt as hostage for last 10 years or so.

    Chagaev certainly is shot now, but when he fought Wlad he was just faded.

    he always had his ups and downs. if hes still motivated and can get himself into some proper shape again than he was in the fight against Walker hes going to beat Povetkin

    He wasn't spectacular to begin with, but he's been pretty bad since contracting hepatitis. His fight against Wlad he by far looked the best since then, which says a lot. Hell, he was kind of lucky to end up with a win against Carl Davis Drumond, and even Travis Walker gave him serious problems.
