Judah faster than Khan, but Khan punches harder. I don't mean to start a war, but I'm not so sure about Welterweight. Pacquiao is AWFULLY quick... I've never looked at Cotto as a speedster, but looking at the Junior Middle rankings, he might be the quickest. I've never seen Erislandy Lara fight. Is he fast? Bute and Dirrell are way faster than anyone else at Super Middle. Bute might hit harder though. Ismayl Sillakh is the fastest at Light Heavy Haye is the fastest heavyweight.
Yuri Foreman has quicker hands than Cotto. It was clear when they fought. Cotto really isn't that quick, he just has incredible timing.

Does it say more about the state of the CW division, or more about how great RJJ was, that some people (me included) see him as having the fastest hands in the division?
Haye Roy Jones when he throws he still fast cleverly, dawson Dirrell Martinez Cotto Pacquiao Khan Guerrero?? maybe Broner??maybe Gamboa Rigondeaux Donaire Mijares? ??? Calderon? past prime in my opinion
